Holiday Topic

https://www.sefaria.org/api/calendars/topics/holiday

Returns topic metadata for the active holiday on the requested date. Returns 404 when no holiday is in season for the given day. Use the year, month, day query params (all three required together) to query a specific date; otherwise the current date is used.
